We bought a house with a fairly new HVAC system that originally installed by Homer 9. Wanting to keep things running smoothly, we called them to set up routine maintenance and got on their service plan. Everyone that we've dealt with from the folks in the office that answer the phone to the technicians that have visited the house have been extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Any questions that we've had have been promptly answered in easy to understand terms and everyone at Homer 9 has made sure that we've been completely satisfied. We've never had such service from a home contractor before and we are extremely impressed. Too bad they don't do interior renovations.....
