The technician that came out was friendly and informative about the problem I had with my furnace. He called when he was on his way. He clearly explained the work that was going to be done. Offered me some additional solutions but not in a pushy salesman way. I felt like he allowed me to make the best decision for my situation. He was efficient in getting the work done and getting everything running. Good customer service goes a very long way!
