Been a satisfied customer for 9 years. Joshua, the technician was professional, courteous, and well trained. Called before the appointment and was on time. Serviced the heater and a/c. Answered all my questions & concerns. I have the Peak Advantage Service Agreement so there was no trip charge. Plus, it is nice to get a call when it is time to do yearly inspections on the heater and A/C. Quotes for other services they offer are a bit pricey, but it is up to a homeowner to makes those decisions. Horizon provides the proper training for their employees, which is rare these days!
