Upon arrival found clogged drain water all over the garage. Self rinse evaporate coil, wash condenser coil, shop vac drain line. Replace capacitor 45/5 unit working normal. 1 Time Maintenance
Air handler is spotless. No dust or bio growth. Hepa filter is installed properly
Completed, Cleaned clogged drain line,and lowered float switch so unit will stay off until cleared, temperatures and pressures checked good and draining properly.
That media filter has become pretty impacted. Used damper to reduce air flow in master bedroom. Refrigerant levels are good.

Completed Today we visited to provide a diagnosis of the existing unit issues and pricing to replace the system and correct the airflow to a few rooms. We learned the unit is not working because of a shorted compressor and a refrigerant leak. James provided four options to replace the system. Options #3 and #4 are most in line with Autumn’s goals.

Found blower motor with module not coming on,Quoted $1295 to replace motor. Collected service call,cc.$79.00 customer will let us know if they want to order motor.
Found secondary pan full of water and float switch not turning system off, Relocated float and cleaned primary and secondary pans and drain line,system checked good and draining properly now. Customer would like someone to come paint stain on ceiling.

Unit was leaking due do unit low on Freon causing the unit to overflow the drain pan and cause you need to stop running. Also clean the drain line while we were here. Added 2 pounds of Freon at no charge. at no charge for the customer. After reviewing the notes looks like a slow leak could last anywhere from three months to a year.
