We had some flooding in our basement due to a pump of our air conditioning unit. Paul was prompt to arrive. Diagnosed problem in no time at all. Repaired. Then thoroughly explained what caused the problem and what was done to repair. We were fearing having to buy a new unit. He assured us that the unit was just fine! It was a relief! It would have been so easy for him to say we needed a new one. He was honest and trustworthy. We will definitely use this company again.
