Performed Heating tune up on a Ruud furnace. Cleaned flame sensor, vacuumed blower compartment, cleared drain lines, Gas line are leak free, Gas pressure are within spec, Heat exchanger are intact, electrical wires and components are within spec, blower wheel starting to have dust build up; clemical cleaning is advised, and duct work were all secured and intact. System was without surge protection or any air purifier; give estimate for surge protection and I-wave purification. All checks are within manufacturers spec and system is operating properly.
