Preformed furnace tuneup on three system no issues at this time none of the system has a air purifier no other issues or concerns at this time all three units are operational
Charged system with client supplied refrigerant also added a sealant to try and stop system from leaking
Emailed requested proposal for son to review and make final decision with mom.
Performed another leak search before quoting client to replace line set this time I found a leak on the condenser coil client wants to try to repair system before replacing she wants me to inject Super Seal Total - Leak Sealant into it to try to stop the leak I’ll let client know we are not responsible if sealant causes damage to system
Checked system at the guest house did not find any issues at this time system is operational
Performed a tuneup on a Trane ac unit. Found blower motor capacitor below manufacture specifications. Recommend replacing. Also found the inside of the condenser full of leafs. I cleaned them out so the u it will have proper airflow. All other checks are within manufacture specifications and the system is operational at this time.
Preformed ac tuneup on Coleman system and replaced outdoor fan motor on a Rheem system did not find leak on Rheem system will check at ahsi
Preformed ac tuneups on two Rheem system the 2ton system outdoor fan motor has failed and the 4TON system was low on refrigerant I added 3lbs of r410a and injected uv dye client wants to replace fan motor I will do leak search when I return to repair fan motor no other issues at this time
