Upon arrival system operational. Thermostat not showing calibration error currently. Thermostat is configured correctly. Wiring connections are secure. Client mentioned he noticed it this morning. Client will keep an eye on the system to see if it happens again. Ecobee will show calibration message after reboot.
Remove and properly dispose of existing equipment. Install new 4 Ton Split Heat Pump and Air Handler. Install new service disconnect box at Air Handler and Heat Pump, New Electrical Whips, New Foundation pad at Heat pump. Install flood safety switch with secondary emergency pan. Replace 10†supply trunk line to 12†to allow more air flow to far bed rooms, would install manual damper at supply plenum. Reconnect to existing duct system. Would not need to install 5†media cabinet, one already installed. Replace Return Air filter Grills with High Flow Grills. Pull and pay for permits and fees. Title 24 HERS testing included. Complete clean up with journeyman installer. Install new Ecobee Thermostat. Replace all Supply Registers to high flow registers at no cost. Please give 2 Years Merv 11 Media Air Filters Included with job. Performed ac tune up for Goodman package system. Checked all safeties and connections. Checked filter. Cleaned outdoor coil. System is operational at this time.
Performed sidekick visit. Completed AC and heating inspections and tune ups on Lennox heat pump system. System is operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival homeowner stated smell comes from the vents. Instpected vents in main part of the house and found no issues. Checked the evaporator coil and it was clean no issues found. Found a little buildup in drain line and blew it out.
Replace existing Rheem 4 ton condenser with a Rheem RA14 condenser with scroll compressor. Install new fused disconnect at condenser. Charge to Title 24 standards.
