Alex and his crew with Huft did a great job. Very professional, installed a new heater, very clean and fast. I would highly recommend.
They came out on time, figured out the problem, gave me options to repair and did it when they said they would.
Ryan was very professional. Knew what he was doing. Refreshing! Glad you didn't send a salesman!
I was very impressed with Mr. Nguyen! He was very polite and did an outstanding job. A true credit to your company! We will be using you guys again. All the best, Monte Whitefield
Chuc was polite, knowledgeable and efficient and determined the problem and resolved it within short order. Thank you, Chuc! Wish I had called when my family arrived 2 weeks prior so my niece didn't have to sleep in a hot bedroom all that time.
Matt and his crew were very considerate about wearing mask. The team is professional. Hope Huff is able to do more work for the mobile home park. Thank you Gaylyn
Phong has serviced my units twice, he is very professional and takes the time to share his findings very clearly with appropriate service recommendations.
Chuc provided excellent customer service. Two igniters and one capacitor (for furnace repair) for $600 was quite expensive in addition to paying $300 for annual maintenance on 2 furnaces. However, I understand the pricing is a separate issue; Chuc was professional and did his job well.
I’ve worked with both Phong and Chuck, both have been great to work with. Honest, open, and explaining all the various options without any high pressure sales. You guys are the best!
Quoted David and Melanie the Rheem $7,500 Special that they saw on the flyer.
