Great service. Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem that another company could not and fixed the issue immediately.He also answered all of my questions regarding my unit and explained everything to me. Removed and disposed of old duct run and replaced it with new R8 valued flex duct. Secured back insulation bags (five). Insulation on other part of the home was in poor condition, made homeowner aware of findings. Test for system operation and proper airflow to register.
Air flow diagnostic. Found 8 inch duct to far side of the living room was ripped off at the wye connection. Also find five insulation bag fell off of the netting that holds it up. Quoted customer to replace 8 inch duct run and secure insulation bag back up. No charge for today visit, unit was installed few days ago.
Remove and properly dispose of old equipment. Install Horizontal right 95% Efficiency Gas Furnace In Basement hung by uninstrut. Replace and convert flue pipe to appropriate PVC. Add new gas safety shut off, new gas flex line, and sediment trap. Enlarge return by cutting floor return bigger to allow more air flow and replace with new floor return air grill. Fabricate supply and return plenum for new system and adapt to existing return plenum. Reconnect to existing duct system. Terminate condensate drains into floor drain. Install new EZ Read Tstat. Complete clean up with walk through. Pull and pay for permit fees. Title 24 HERS testing included. Paid in Full by Credit Card Upon Completetion Installation date 1/12/21

Free second opinion. Already had another company come out and couldn’t find a issue. I found a loose wire on the capacitor for the compressor. Secured the wire and the unit is working at this time.
