Highly Recommend!

Larry and his trainee did a fantastic job. They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve it very quickly. I had another concern with weak vents in other bedrooms and they explained everything to me. They did not try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Honest work, great customer service, and awesome price. I have always been able to get scheduled in quickly. Elizabeth and Ryan are the nicest and most patient schedulers / customer service representatives. Elizabeth has called me after an appointment was made to see if I wanted an earlier slot. They really care about their customers. I highly recommend Huft Heating and Air

Perform diagnostic on Lennox package system. Upon arrival homeowner stated that a error message would pop up on thermostat periodically not allowing any heating or cooling in the process. Found system tripping main limit switch causing the system to shut off on high limit code.Found gas pressure at 3.69, adjusted gas pressure to 3.45, And ran system for 15 minutes. System ran with no issues and no error message popped up on thermostat after. Informed homeowner that if errors still occur, we may replace thermostat as thermostat may be having a software issue. System is operational at this time.

Shut off power to system and inspected the ignition control board. Found some soldering on the back of the board was broken. The broken soldering is on the connection points for a moles plug that wires to the gas valve, pressure switch, high limit switch, and flame rollout switch. Ordered and picked up a new control board from Lennox. Removed the original board and installed the new one. Cycled the system on and it ran the heat cycle, no error codes showing. The system completed the heat cycle and reached the set temp on the thermostat. Cycled the system on again to verify proper operation. System is operating and heating at this time. Repairs covered under warranty.

No heat call. System is blowing cold air. Cycled the system on at the thermostat and diagnosed. Control board flashes an error code for pressure switch not reading correct pressure, or aux limit open, or gas valve coil open. Only the blower and inducer are running. After a few minutes, the error code stops flashing and the system runs heating. Let the system run and no other error codes showed up. Ran the heat cycle completely. Cycled the system on again and it repeats the same issue. System is a roof package unit. Unable to further diagnose due to rainy and windy weather. Will reschedule for anon rainy day to further diagnose.

Upon arrival system was operational. Homeowner explained that the thermostat would randomly lose power from time to time. Checked low voltage connections at thermostat and at system as well as high voltage connections at system. All connections are tight with no evidence of a short. Replaced eco bee thermostat with a Honeywell 9000 thermostat under warranty. Homeowner also was wondering if an air filter was supposed to be in the Return because we didn’t install 1. System is on the roof and doesn’t have a merv cabinet. Per Matt I went to Home Depot and got them a filter. Finally homeowner wasn’t happy with the job we did installing the new registers. Sent pictures to install so that they can come out and fix them. Homeowners are VERY happy now. System is operational and heating at this time. No charge for visit
