From start to finish I had a great experience. Every staff member was so helpful, kind and professional. The installers worked very hard to get the job done and were so kind working around my two rambunctious dogs. They were very respectful of my space and informed me of everything along the way. Trevor was especially informative and made sure he didn’t leave until I was fully aware of everything pertaining the system even though I knew he was tired and had a long day.

Upon arrival, turned heat on and system fired up right away. Thermostat a had a schedule where it jumped from 70 to 62, client’s concern was they it would be super hot but thermostat says it’s a lower temp. I turned schedule off in heat mode. Ran system until it satisfies thermostat and shut off properly. No issues present. System is operating properly at this time.
Had to replace t-stat because it was locked and didn’t know password. Also turned power off to electronic filter.
Remove existing equipment and haul away. Install new Trane 3 Ton XR14/S8B1 - 14 SEER/80% Furnace. Reconnect condensate lines, install condensate safety valve, new condensate drip pan and verify flow to the exterior. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Remove registers, manually seal boots and install new hi-flow registers. Upgrade return air grill to Hi Flow grill. Upgrade to MERV 11 filter media. Install Quiet Cool whole house fan with new control hardware. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations. Installation includes equipment, material, labor, all required testing, taxes and permits. Installation total $9,261.00 Amount due $9,261.00
