This is the second time Andre has come to the house. I thinks he’s great. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. All my interactions with Huft have always been wonderful and they are very reasonably priced... I’ve even referred them to my Dad :)

Performed heating tuneup for Lennox split system. Checked all safeties and connections. Checked filter. Washed outdoor unit. Added 3 pounds of refrigerant to system. Changed contactor on system. System is operational at this time. Signed up on superhero club membership and has one more visit left.
Heat tuneup completed. Checked heat operations, all components, and safeties. System operations ok at this time. Renewed club membership. Has to visit left.
Pana rival homeowner stated that whole house fan was not coming home to outdoor temperature. Ran whole house fan for 30 minutes and check temperatures from outside and inside home. Only found a 5° temperature difference and whole house fan was operating properly. Informed homeowner to test system for the next couple days and call us back if system is not working as intended
Performed annual AC inspection and tune up on Lennox split system. Cleaned outdoor condenser coil. Replaced MERV 11 filter with a new MERV 13 filter. System is operating properly at this time.
