Went over insulation estimate under mobile home.
Replaced Pressure switch under warranty tested system after repair system is operational at this time
Found faulty pressure switch on Lennox furnace. Need to order pressure switch. Call to set up appointment as soon as part is in hand.
T4 pro thermostat was defective and reading wrong indoor temperature causing system to turn on and not turn off when it should. Removed and installed Honeywell T6 pro thermostat under warranty. Helped homeowner set up and configure thermostat plus app for thermostat on her phone. Homeowners are satisfied. System is operational and heating at this time
Found 100amp breaker for condenser at panel in the off position. Also found 60amp breaker sub panel near furnace for condenser. Switched 100amp breaker at panel to on. Tested system for proper operations. System is operational at this time.
4 Ton ML14XC1 & EL196E UPFLOW Replace existing split system with a Lennox High Efficiency Single Stage split system. Install Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat. Use existing 2†flue pipe with a 2†PVC Concentric Kit. Replace Condensate Pump. Install Propane Kit. There’s a 220V circuit already at the furnace where the Air Handler used to be. Use it to continue on the the condenser. Fix disconnected duct under the home. Replace line set. Install two 20†X 20†High Flow Grills. Disable damper motors and use thermostat for the upstairs. Installation includes: Installation by HUFT Journeyman employees, all Comfort Guarantees, secondary overflow safety switch, remove and dispose of existing equipment, Title 24 HERS certification with a third party including duct leakage test, gas flex with ball type shut off valve, electrical disconnect with properly sized fuses, dispose of existing equipment, weather tight flexible whip at condenser, Healthy Climate 13 filter, seal register
