Installed new heat strips Ran new stat wire Ran new high voltage circuit and installed new breaker Tested system
Performed a diagnostic on a Williams wall furnace. Furnace wasn’t converted to propane when it was installed causing heat exchanger to soot up and not working properly. Was also pulled apart and cleaned by another company but still isn’t working properly. Homeowner wants to replace it with a wall heater with built in fan. Will work out an estimate an email it to homeowner.
Checked a Bosch system and found tstat was no set correctly charged setting from O to B system is heating properly also helped client connect phone to tstat
Remove existing gaspack equipment and haul away. Install new Bosch 5 Ton 19 SEER, 10.0 HSPF HEAT PUMP (Variable Capacity). Reconnect condensate line and verify flow to the exterior. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Replace existing return air grills with High Flow grills. Remove registers, manually seal boots and re-install existing floor registers. Do not replace existing return air grilles Per homeowner. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations. Installation includes equipment, material, labor, crane, SMUD Rebate processing, all required testing, taxes and permits. Installation total $ 14,910.00 Net Cost - $14,910.00 Payment of $173.04 @ month for 10 years 6.99%, un-secured No prepayment penalty. No fees or hidden charges

Performed annual heating inspection and tune up on Lennox split system. System is operating properly at this time. Customer has one visit left.
Heat tuneup completed. Checked heat operations, all components, and safeties. System operations ok at this time. Installed a hardstart kit and surge protector.
Ran a/c mode and couldn’t get unit to make any noise. System operations ok at this time. Upgraded club from super hero to guardian so there’s no charge for today’s visit.
Performed annual heating inspection and tune up on Lennox split system. Replaced 20x25x5 Merv 11 filter with a new Merv 13 filter for no charge, new system we installed. System is operating properly at this time.

Diag preformed on a Lennox system found a bad txv the contactor is very burnt and pitted and the system doesn’t have a hard start kit no other issues or concerns system is not operating properly at this time Just ordered TXV from Ferguson off Raleys Blvd
