Remove existing equipment and haul away. Install new Trane 5 Ton XL18i/TAM9 16 SEER (2 Stage). Reconnect condensate lines and verify flow to the exterior and add condensate safety switch. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weatherized whip. Install new Hi Flo return grills. Install new supply and return plenums and change ducting from 1 into 4 to 2 and 2 to provide added airflow to back office. Cut in new supply duct to office and place on opposite end of existing supply. Switch return ducts so that larger duct lands on the end of new return plenum. Replace 2 damaged supply ducts (gray flex) Remove registers, manually seal boots and install new hi-flow registers. Upgrade to MERV 16 inch filter. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations. Installation includes equipment, ,material, labor, all required testing, taxes and permits. customer to receive PG&E rebate of $975 Installation total $1
