Performed annual heating inspection and tune up on Coleman heat pump system. System is operating properly at this time. Today is the last visit. Spoke with customer about club memberships.
Went over insulation options. 5% cash discount if not financing.
Quoted new 2 Stage heating and air conditioning.
Performed ac tune up for Coleman heat pump system ,checked all safety’s and connections, changed 20x20x5 merv13 filter, washed outdoor coil system is operational at this time.
Performed sidekick club on 2 systems. Replaced capacitor on Day and Night package unit. Replaced thermocouple on water heater.
Took window measurements to do load calc, but could not get into home to look at ductwork and insulation to do properly. Sent options for gas/electric package units. Uses propane. Would like to look at ductwork and return size when possible. Call with any questions.
Found package unit running ok for age at 24 years old. Found the low voltage control wire for power had no insulation on it for about 8â€. Taped it up so it doesn’t cause a short. Blower wheel is a little dirty but not bad. Capacitor for compressor and outdoor fan at minimum specs. Split Trane unit is running ok. Could not see any cracks on heat exchanger. Recommend exploring replacement options on package at least due to age and R22 refrigerant.
