Matt arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of my unit in the attic to determine the cause of the malfunction in my Lennox system. His clear explanation of the problem was made easier by the photos he thoughtfully took of the issue. The solution he proposed was much less expensive than I thought it was going to be.
