Found burner assembly clogged. Cleared burner assembly and tested system. System is operational at this time.
Diagnostic call on 6 year old American standard package heat pump. System is turning on and off. Checked pressures and found system is cutting out on high pressure. Diagnosed restricted outdoor txv. Part is still under warranty with manufacture. Would have to charge for labor and refrigerant. Homeowner is going to call back company that installed system to do it under warranty
Diag preformed on a Lennox system Upon arrival client said they seen the suction line frozen over I checked refrigerant level system is low on r22 refrigerant Client does not want to do any repairs at this time
Performed AC inspection and tune up. Customer only wanted the AC checked today. No one was available in the office to change the visit. Turned the system on and found that the outdoor fan motor was not running. Tested dual run capacitor for the compressor and fan motor. Capacitor is rated at 45/5, actual reading was 0. Spoke with customer and the approved replacement of the capacitor. Tested new capacitor and it’s within the tolerance of the 45/5. Powered system back up and now it is running properly. Deducted service fee from the price of the capacitor sine we did the repair today. System is operating properly at this time.
