They were prompt and courteous in letting me know the problem, the cost to repair, and getting the work done. They also let me know things that they could do while they were there to help improve the performance of our unit and graciously took care of all of the problems. System freezing up. Upon inspection found that the evaporator coil was dirty and needed to be pulled and cleaned
Change warranty evaporator coil on a York unit.
Not cooling. Compressor wasn’t working. Replaced with a warranty compressor.
Changed out a unit and installed a new Lennox heat pump and Air handler
Trane unit not cooling. Upon inspection found that a mouse had chewed up some wires. Replaced wires and system is working properly
Ac not working. Upon inspection found that the blower wouldn’t come on. It’s was showing a code. Found that the filters were really dirty. Changed them out and reset the system. It’s working properly
Unit not cooling. Float switch was tripped. Blew out the drain line and cleaned it. Put it all back together and it was working properly
Performed a heat tune up. Everything checked out good
