Not cooling. Upon inspection found that some wires and blower relay was burnt. Replaced relay and fixed wires. Found a small crack in the evaporator pan which caused water to leak on the electrical compartment
Heat on thermostat won’t go above 50 degrees. Had to reset the heat set point on thermostat
Not cooling. Compressor wasn’t working. Found that the voltage regulator was bad. Replaced part
Not cooling. Insulation on blower wheel compartment was loose and sucked up around the blower wheel.

Leaking water. Upon inspection found that the drain line was clogged up. Cleaned out the drain and installed a float switch.
