Cut Sheetrock behind tub in downstairs bathroom fixed leaks on hot and cold by tub valve put isolation valves to tub valve cut Sheetrock at pipe chase at kitchen entry fixed leaks on cold side running up chase to behind master toilet also had to cut both sides of lavatory walls to repair multiple leaks on hot and cold and cut behind master tub wall to fix leak on cold side
There is only 2 heat runs that go to the upstairs. This is not enough ductwork to heat or cool the upstairs properly. Added additional heat runs to the upstairs would be very difficult and likely require opening up walls. I would recommend a mini-split system to supplement the furnace and air conditioner
