Performed scheduled oil furnace tune-up on 10-2 oil furnace per maintenance agreement. Discovered incorrect nozzle size (.75 installed when .65 was required per burner specifications) and soot buildup in pipes and inspection hall. Replaced with correct nozzle size, vacuumed chambers, inspected heat exchanger, and adjusted air-fuel mixture. Unit is now operating efficiently with proper combustion.
