Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. Was able to get a technician later that afternoon. Jeremy contacted me right away and let me know an approximate time he would be available. He called back again while in route to confirm his arrival time. Jeremy was thorough and quickly found the problem. He was able to make the repair with parts carried in the van. Glad to have the A/C back online!

Dear Sirs, We are totally satisfied with the installation of a humidifier on our furnace yesterday. Jeremy arrived on schedule, even telephoning a few minutes ahead to let us know that he was arriving shortly. There is a lot of work involved with installing a humidifier, what with electricity, water, drainage and so forth. He seemed to work efficiently, and when finished he spent some time explaining it all to me and demonstrating the steps involved in changing the filter. I didn't even know ahead of time that a filter was involved! He also left the furnace area nice and clean.

They have come have twice too my home. Jeremy is so friendly, always calls before he get there so one need to sit and wait for 4 hours. I don't know to much about HVAC but they fix everything quick.
