He is thoughtful and well-spoken. These are qualities you might not look for in a HVAC guy, but I will tell you that when the technician has these qualities it makes a HUGE difference. Give this dude a raise or at least recognize him in some way. He showed up at 5 p.m. on Saturday, 1.7.17 to work on my 81 yr old uncle's heating unit but could not get anything done - he said he'd need another tech to come with him on Monday. He called back an hour later and said that he could probably get it all figured out Sunday morning in the daylight. He was back Sunday and got it up and running.

Jeremy is a top-notch, totally excellent service technician. He is extremely knowledgeable about the HVAC systems that we have and is always polite and very neat. This is especially important because he has to climb into our attic space to service the attic HVAC unit. We don't have any problems because Jeremy makes sure that all of our components are running in tip-top shape. We only ask for Jeremy for servicing our units.

HVAC Installation

Randy and Joey are excellent installers: polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely neat. During the installation, there was hardly any noise; and they finished up and tested the new system without any problems or re-do's. They installed/replaced all of the old components and put in all new hardware all of the necessary pieces. If you're planning to install/replace your HVAC make sure you ask for Randy and Joey.
