After years of lackluster and even surly service from my previous HVAC Service Provider, I was pleasanlty surprised by the Service provided by HVAC Unlimited and it's Technician, Jermaine Allen. Can't say enough about the difference.And glad I dumped the previous Provider. He replace the Blower Motor Control Module quickly, looked over both systems and I signed up for the Annual Maintenance Program. I am not overtly surprised by the great Service from Jermaine and William as I had previously talked with the Owner, John, when I inquired about their Services. The boss sets the tone and expectations. I found a good Company to work with.

Replaced the maxitrol and the union on the gas line.
Performed cooling inspection on water source heat pump.
Performed contracted cooling inspection.
Responded to a no A/C call on a first co. Unit found lose wire not allowing the blower to come on. Fixed wire and equipment start working properly.
