Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2022 American Standard gold series condenser, condenser located on right side of home, filter located in filter rack, fau located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.
