Scott from Idaho Heating and Air was very professional and gave me the options my wife and I needed to then decide on what to do. We got a new furnace and tankless water heater bundled together, both of which are suited best for our home, unlike what was in the existing space. He went over possible problems and ways to work around our "unique" 1984 built home with all the quirks that come with what HVAC practices were in the 80's. With that, Scott was very knowledgeable and worked with us and his engineer consultant over the phone to find out the best way forward. Knowing that our being away from work for too many days was a concern, Scott came up with a plan that would work for mine and my wife's schedules. Great experience so far!!

Wow, what can I say. We sold our home and had an issue with the inspection. Andy came out the next day and was able to pinpoint the cause. He came out the following day to repair it.
