The problem I called about was inspected and solutions were offered and the work necessary was completed today. Ray and Jose are somewhat rare examples of field technicians who are knowledgeable, courteous, and capable of doing an outstanding job. It's refreshing to see this level of service from office staff, management, and field staff! Very good job!
