We have a rental home and at the first cold spell we discovered that we had no heat. We made a call to Infinity and we're sure that we would receive same day service. We just purchased our home and were having some issue with our HVAC system. It is a older home and the previous owner had cut some corners with the system. An unexpected pleasant experience with a knowledgeable and personable tech named Trapper from Infinity. After repairing our system, he took the time to examine and go over other deficiencies in our HVAC system without a hard push.
