View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-F935FBD839274DE39FAFB6B1F75265E9 Customer has a leak from radiator: * at arrival the customer brought me to the radiator in question * this serves the office on the mid level above the garage * he states that he saw water dripping outside under the window and maybe the steam vent * turned on the thermostat and called for heating * monitor operations and wait for pipes to start heating * check radiator- under radiator at the union there is water leaking and steam as well- water damage to wood floor- the union was hand tighten which was surprising to find * tightened down union with wrench and leak stops and all residual water evaporates due to steam piping being so hot * monitor operations for 20 minutes after the union was secured to confirm the radiator was heating properly and no more leaks- okay * gather info off the the steam vent on the radiator if customer would like to move forward with replacemen
