Completed a/c maintenance on 1 central a/c system. On arrival customer said that the system was not working properly. I found a bad capacitor at the outdoor condenser and the compressor was not running. Replaced capacitor and system started up. All operations were checked and the maintenance was completed. It was explained to the customer that the system is from 2002 and is at the end of life. Customer is trying to at least get through the summer with this system. Chemically cleaned evaporator coil. Inspected blower compartment and primary drain pan. Treated and cleared all drain lines,traps and tested all condensate pumps. Brushed and cleaned all electrical cabinets and tighten and secured all electrical connections on both inside and outdoor units. Tested all safety switches all in working condition. Air filters Honeywell was already replaced 16x25x1 Chemically cleaned outdoor condenser and checked operations and refrigerant pressures. Tested all electrical voltage, capacitors
