Customer has no communication between thermostat and equipment: * check system at arrival * found the condensate pump constantly running and not discharging water * the system is OFF on internal pump safety switch * customer approved cleaning of the drainage system: shut power to pump and unplugged from unit * disassembled pump and dump filthy water * brOught bottom of pump outside, chemically sprayed, brushed and rinsed clean * polished internals of condensate pump * blew out vinyl tubing discharge line and reconnected - tested pump (5) times - normal operations * removed discharge line again and blew out with nitrogen and reconnected and secured to pump * tested condensate pump additional (10) times with customer flushing with HOT water and chemically treating due to such heavy build up in vinyl tubing * pump discharges all water and works properly each and every time * the thermostat now has communication with equipment and system is back up and running - normal operations cust
