The only thing I didn’t like had nothing to do with your technician. He told me I needed to replace a wire from the breaker box to the unit. I’ve ran into this before. When I bought the Unit I told the gentleman to replace everything my Late Husband had redneck rigged a lot of it. It had been put in in the 60’s and pieced together just a bandaid for the moment. As time has gone by these last three years I’ve found out they didn’t replace everything, the technicians that were here half put it together. Every time the weather changes I have to call your company because either the heat or air isn’t working. I realize I received a 10 year warranty. But I shouldn’t have to call your company every time the weather changes.
