Performed preventative maintenance on 2 AC systems. Took out and washed customers electrostatic filters. While I let those dry I inspected the blower assemblies, electrical components, wiring, evaporator coils, drains, ducting, and overall condition of equipment in home. Reinstalled filters. Checked and tested thermostat operation, amps, temperatures and pressures of condensers. Checked capacitor, compressor, contactor, fan motor, and control boards. Cleaned condenser coils thoroughly. Both systems are cooling properly within manufactured specifications at this time.
