22OCT2021 Jason B Arrived for no heat, spoke with Linda about the systems recent performance. we were recently out to install an air ranger, and since then the heat has not worked. System was on at the thermostat inspected furnace wiring connections, inspected thermostat connections. Pulled batteries in thermostat and remounted it. There is no communication between stat and furnace. Inspected float switches. Found aux pan switch tripped. Resetting the switch and system came on. I believe we may have bumped it and not realized since there were batteries in the stat, everything looked right. With Linda’s permission I am leaving the batteries out of the stat to prevent any incidents like this in the future. Cycled system in heating. System is running properly at this time.
