I arrived to bid a 2 ton system for replacement. I inspected the system with the tenants and found that they will be in coworkers the homeowner about all bid that are presented to them. I explained that our unit will be a carrier 16 seer 2 ton air conditioner with a 70,000 btu gas furnace. This will not be a heat pump. This will be a air conditioner and furnace only. This system will come with a new programmable digital thermostat and a free one year maintenance plan. We will replace the filters on this system for the first year at no cost to the homeowners or tenants. The system will have a 1 year labor warranty and a 10 year parts warranty. We will install the system to meet all local and state codes. We will pay for and have a state inspector to come inspect the system after we install system.
