22JUL2022 Jason B Arrived for new customer summer tune up spoke with homeowner about what was going on. Recently had a capacitor out and just wanted a tune up. Inspected furnace coil and condenser. Checked all amps and electrical components/connections. Inspected AC checked charge, cap, and electrical components at the AC. Found the coil dirty, Blower dirty, Flue touching combustibles. Single wall flue requires 4” clearance from combustibles recommended replacement with type b vent. Turbo mini run cap at blower. reading 5/7.5 While inspecting coil I pierced the capillary tube. Repaired it. However if anything happens in the next 6 months we’ll cover repairs or replace the coil. System is being filtered inside the blower cabinet. It is lifting up In the back allowing dirt into the system. Spoke with homeowner about findings we decided to do nothing at the moment. System is cooling properly at this time.
