Ray F 7/25/22. Arrived to a red club member no cool service call and the customer waived for me to go around from the front door. I inspected the condenser and found no power to the unit. The customer came outside and I informed her that we would need to check the breaker panel for a possible tripped breaker. She went inside and checked and did not see any breaker marked for the air conditioner. She said there may be a breaker near the pool equipment. We found the breaker and reset it. The air conditioner came on and we checked the system operations. Found the compressor and condenser fan motor amps normal. The contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition, the 70/5 dual run capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant levels are normal. Customer has recently replaced the air filters in the home. The system is working properly at this time. Found no cause for the breaker to trip. She will contact us again if problem persists.
