Came out to do maintenances on 3 systems. Gave customer filters that she will change herself inside the home. I performed preventative maintenances on 3 Carrier units. I started with the 2 5 ton Carriers that supply the upstairs and downstairs of home. Checked thermostat operation, wiring, compressors, contactors, capacitors, fan motors, and overall condition of condenser units. I recommended capacitor be replaced on downstairs unit, seeing it was well below 10% of the recommended rating. Customer had me replace it. I washed condenser coils thoroughly, and checked temperatures and pressures of condensers. I did the same for the carrier unit supplying the shop they had in back. All three systems are cooling properly within manufactured specifications at this time.
