I arrived for a blue membership ac pm. I first inspect both systems and found the filters to be dirty. I replaced both filter with ones that are provided in the maintenance plan. I checked both UV lights and all electric components in both air handlers. I found no issues with both indoor systems at this time. I inspect both condensers and found both capacitors and contactors to be in normal range and in good working condition. I check both system refrigerant charge and found no issue. Overall both systems are running properly at this time.
