Silver club fall tune up on Amana high efficinecy furnace. Cleaned electronic air cleaner and components, inspected UVC lamp and it is still good at this time. Inspected thermostat, surge protectors and dryer vent. Checked hot water tank, flue, drain, evap coil and heat exchanger. Checked blower, blower capacitor and plenums. Checked ductwork and insulation. Cleaned flame sensor. Could only visually inspect propane gas valve, as the caps were stripped. Measured heat rise, amp draws and delta temps. System working great at this time. Customer interested in upgrading UVC lamp for whole house UVC UVV lamp system when the current lamp goes out. System working well at this time.
