I arrived for a non member no cool call. I first spoke with the homeowner and found one system to come on and run for about 5 minutes and shut off. I inspected the indoor system and found the capacitors on the blower motor to be unreadable and leaking oil. I check the blower motor and for the bearings to be in good condition but the back bearing is leak some oil. I gave the homeowner options on replacing the capacitor or the motor at this time. We decided to repair the capacitor and see how the system is running. I inspected the evaporator coil and found it to be clean but rusted. I inspected the condenser and found the the condenser coil to be stopped up. I clean the condenser and checked the systems operation. I found the contactor to be black and pitted. I also found the system to be running low on refegerant charge. I gave options on replacing the contactor and charging the system. We decide to add what refegerant was needed to get the system running properly. I added 3 LBS 12OZ of
