Performed preventative maintenance on electric air handler for customer. Changed filter below the air handler. Inspected the blower assembly, blower motor, electrical components, heating elements, evaporator coil and overall condition and operation of equipment. Blower wheel is fairly clean and amps on blower motor are within range. Capacitor for blower motor is reading 7.0/7.5 mfd. brought to customers attention that it will need to be changed most likely come next service. Heating elements are in good shape, and amps on all elements are in range as well. System cycled off properly by thermostat. System is operating within manufactured specifications at this time.
