On June 7, 2021 arrive to a previous customer warranty call upon arrival I checked thermostat and then went to the air handler the emergency cage pan was full of water causing it to break the circuit for the thermostat I got it that all cleaned out make sure the drain was clear it is clear found that the unit was low charge and it was freezing because of the water just a drip off the coil when it’s sold I charge the unit up to 11° sub cooling the unit called for 11 when I got here the charge was 0° sub cooling and 35° superheat everything is working properly at this time thank you for your business Mike teeth
