I came out for a no cool. I checked the system over and cycled the ac. I found the TXC completely stuck closed. The suction pressure dropped to 0 and the head Brewster was where it’s supposed to be. I stuck the sensing bulb against the hot compressor and freezing line to try and unstick it, to no avail. I’ll call the manufacturer in the morning for price and availability of the TXV + filter drier and call the owner back for total price. Pack unit holds 6.4lbs of r410a M#:574DNWA36090AATP S#:4411C15893 09JUN20-I returned with the OEM TXV. I recovered all the refrigerant from the pack unit. I removed the stuck TXV and old filter drier. I installed a new filter drier and OEM TXV. I pressure checked the system, pulled a vacuum and weighed in the 6.4lbs or r410a. I cycled the ac and checked all operations. The ac is cooling at this time. Since it’s been off for so long, the system may take 24hours to cool the house properly.
