I arrived for a non member no cool call. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that the indoor system is running but the outdoor system will not turn on. I inspected the indoor system and found the evaporator coil to be sitting half way in the door jam. I inspected the furnace and found the blower motor to be running and working within manufacture specifications. I inspected the condenser and found the compressor to be running but the condenser fan motors to be overheated and pulling high amps when it starts. I recommend to replace the conditioner fan motors to get the system running at this time. I recommend to have the system bid for replacement at this time. We decided to hold of on the motor and see about replacing the system in the near future. Even though the system is running at this time the system is a 15 year old system and this motor will fail in the condition the system is in. I left the system running and cooling to the best of its abilities at this time.
