I arrived for a non membership no cool call. I first spowith the tenets and they said they would pay for today and anything further that would be needed they will contact the homeowners for approval at a later date. The main issue is that the living room dose not get a lot of air flow. I checked the filter and found it to be stopped up. I then inspected the system location the attic and found that the evaporator coil was stopped up with attic insulation. I removed the insulation and inspected the duct work. I found the return duct to be collapsed and not moving the proper amount of air flow. I then inspected the the condenser coil and found the system to be completely stopped up and assembled wrong. I disassembled the condenser and removed all wood screws and cleaned the condenser coils. I reassembled the conditioner and checked the systems refegerant charge and found it to be running within manufacture range at this time.
