I arrived for a partial system replacement. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that he had replaced the system 25 years ago and the indoor system has a refegerant leak. He also wanted to get his duct board plenum replaced with a metal plenum. We will use the old taps on the system. I inspect the system with the homeowner and we decided bid to replace the system with a base 14 seer system. We also wanted to replace the lineset and set the new condenser on a new pad between the windows and leave one disconnect on the wall. We will replace the disconnect with a new fused disconnect and all new thermostat wire and a new whip. The system will also set on four 3†pump ups to raise the system. This system will have a 10 year parts warranty and a one year labor warranty.
