I arrived for a non member no cool call. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that the indoor system will run but the outside system will not come on. I inspected the system and found the the drain line to be full of water. I could not inspect the evaporator coil due to the evaporator coil being in the door jam of the closet. I remove the blower motor and inspected the coil through the heat exchanger and found it to be stopped up with animal hair. I gave the homeowner bids to remove the furnace and evaporator coil to clean the system. We decided to just clean out the drain line at this time and not to clean the system. After I cleaned the drain line with nitrous I cycle the system on and cleaned the condenser and found the system to be running a little low on refrigerant charge but this could be from the dirty coil.
